We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities (What You’ll Do), Requirements (Do You Have The...), Skills (Even Better... maybe also Physical Tasks?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule? The posting includes Pay: "Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience." That's not a specific number; it's vague. According to rules: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Pay, they state that pay depends on location etc. That's not a specific figure; but it's still stating something about pay. The rule says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here they say "Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience." That's essentially "varies" or "depends". That's filler? It's not a specific number, but it's still stating that pay varies. According to rule, we should not create Pay section if it's just vague. So we should omit Pay section. Schedule: The posting includes "Job Type: Entry Level Full Time" and also "Ability to work the schedule including overtime, callouts, and standby as needed." No explicit schedule details like hours. Not enough to create Schedule section. So omit. Benefits: They list benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Plans, 401K Plan, Health & Flexible Savings Account, Life and AD&D, Spousal Life, Child Life Insurance Plans, Educational Assistance Plan. That's specific. So we should include Benefits section. Now sections: About the role (we have a paragraph about role). Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do" list. Requirements: "Do You Have The" list (abilities). Skills: "Even Better" list (strong safety mindset etc). Also there is "Physical Tasks – ..." which is a detailed physical demands table. Could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could incorporate physical tasks into Requirements or maybe a separate "Physical Requirements" section. But we already have Requirements (abilities). Physical tasks are more detailed; could be part of Requirements as a subsection? But we must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The physical tasks are not a simple list; they are a table with percentages. Could we represent as list items? Possibly each line as
  • . But that may be too granular. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that info. We could create a section "Physical Demands" and list each item as
  • . That seems acceptable. Also there is "Equipment Used in Job Performance/Working Environment:" list. Could be part of Requirements or a separate "Equipment" section. Might be considered part of Requirements. But we can include as a list under Requirements or separate "Equipment". To keep sections few, maybe combine physical tasks and equipment under Requirements? But Requirements already has a list of abilities. Could add more items. However the physical tasks are not abilities but demands. Might be better to have a separate section "Physical Requirements". The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. But we need to include all info. Could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Physical Demands, Equipment. That's many sections. Maybe we can merge Physical Demands and Equipment into Requirements as subpoints? But they'd be long. Let's see if we can compress: The physical tasks table is quite detailed; maybe we can summarize? But rule says do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to keep each item. Thus we may need multiple sections. That's okay as long as each has real content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Remove the equal opportunity employer paragraph, notice to non-US citizens, notice to applicants, etc. Also remove the line "Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti (NASDAQ: UNIT), is a premier insurgent provider..." That's introductory but maybe part of About the role? Actually it's company description; could be part of About the role? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "About the role" heading should contain the role description. The introductory company description could be placed under About the role as prose. But we must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Buried Drop Technician". Not to be used as heading. Thus we will produce:

    About the role
