or drop it. So we can keep it as part of the paragraph or separate short p. Probably keep as part of paragraph. Thus About the Role paragraph includes that sentence. We could combine. Now Benefits list as above. Pay section as above. Check for any other substantive info: "This Position Follows a Union Bidding Process" maybe we could include as a note? It's substantive. Should we include? It's a statement about the position. Could be included in About the Role or a separate section? Since we prefer few sections, we could add a sentence in About the Role paragraph: "This Position Follows a Union Bidding Process." We'll incorporate. Also there is a line about Physical Tasks etc. That's a lot of detail about physical demands. That is substantive. Should we include? It's about physical demands; could be part of Requirements or a separate section like "Physical Demands". But we already have Requirements; we could include those details as part of Requirements. However the instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could add a section "Physical Demands" if it's substantial. But we already have many bullets in Requirements; adding another section may be okay. But we need to decide. The physical tasks list includes percentages for various activities. That's specific info. Should we preserve it. Yes. We could create a section "Physical Demands" with a
- list of those items.
But we already have a Requirements section with many bullets; adding another section may be okay. However we need to avoid too many thin sections. The physical demands list is fairly long; could be its own section.
Alternatively we could incorporate into Requirements as bullet points. That would make Requirements section very long but still one section.
Given instruction to prefer few substantive sections, I'd incorporate physical demands into Requirements section (maybe as sub-bullets). But we need to keep it readable.
We could keep Requirements as two sub-sections: "Qualifications" and "Physical Demands". But that adds headings.
Better: Keep one Requirements section and include all bullets (including physical demands). That seems fine.
Thus Requirements section will have many bullets: ability to walk..., ability to work schedule..., basic tech..., ability to distinguish colors..., lift..., complete training..., obtain license..., pass DOT physical..., previous experience..., even better..., plus physical tasks list.
We need to ensure we don't lose any info.
Let's list physical tasks bullets exactly as given:
