We’re looking for a caring, flexible individual who meets all state teacher assistant requirements and is ready to contribute during business hours. Experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare is a plus, along with a deep passion for nurturing infants and supporting their growth.

About the role

As an Infant Teacher, you’ll play a key role in creating a joyful, nurturing environment for our youngest learners.

• Align with Cadence Education’s philosophy and collaborate to foster a positive, engaging learning space.
• Document and share daily milestones with parents to celebrate tiny moments.
• Work with a team of passionate educators to deliver a lively, age-appropriate curriculum that sparks curiosity.
• Follow children’s interests, ensure their safety, and enhance play with language, toys, and activities.
• Model and encourage age-appropriate social behaviors to set kids up for success.
• Contribute ideas for a balanced daily schedule, including quiet and active moments, indoor and outdoor fun, and fine and gross motor activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours
• Previous experience as a preschool teacher or teacher assistant preferred
• Demonstrated classroom management skills preferred
