Duties/Responsibilities
- Using a company truck (and possibly trailer), drive to up to 20 properties daily on assigned route
- Check in, take photos, and document bulky items/furniture at each property using our proprietary app
- Load heavy items to the truck using stacking techniques
- Haul items to the assigned landfill
- Empty items from the trailer or truck (depending on equipment used)
- Work quickly and efficiently to complete pickups in a timely manner
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs at a time
- Must be able to get in and out of truck hundreds dozens of times throughout the shift
- Must be able to work quickly
- Must be willing to get dirty; can not be afraid of the smells at a landfill
- Must be able to operate a vehicle safely for 10+ hours at a time
- Must be able to work 4 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday from 6 AM to 4 PM

- Driver's license and driving record in good standing

Additional Screening Requirements
- For Driving Positions
- Positions that involve driving company vehicles or driving on company business are subject to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review, conducted in accordance with applicable laws
- To qualify for driving duties, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Hold a current and valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
- Be at least 18 years old and have maintained a valid license for a minimum of 2 years.
- Have no Major Violations (Type I) within the past 36 months.
- Have no more than 4 Minor Violation points in the past 36 months and no more than 3 Minor Violation points in the past 12 months.
- Successfully complete a DOT physical examination and obtain the required medical certification prior to performing any driving duties.
- Successfully pass a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
