Bulk Plant Supervisor

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervises hourly production employees
• Ensures safety and health policies are followed
• Complies with environmental programs, guidelines and policies
• Provides training to the hourly workforce
• Fosters positive teamwork
• Responsible for the planning and scheduling of plant activities on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to reach production targets
• Provides input to process improvements
• May participate in project or planning activities that go beyond day-to-day supervision of the team

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Minimum Experience: 4+ years related experience
• Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Production process and methods, Quality control methods, Critical thinking, Problem-solving, Safety focus, Environmental regulations, Project management, Regulatory compliance, Resource management
