Pepsi Bottling Ventures is the nation’s largest private bottler and distributor of Pepsi beverages. Based in NC, SC, MD, & DE, we represent Suntory’s non-alcoholic beverage industry in the United States and have an 80-year legacy of providing PepsiCo products.

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Must have a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be a self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.

Job Description

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team. The Merchandiser role involves stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, backroom organization, and moving products from backroom to sales floor. They also accurately order product for the next delivery, sell and execute all promotions, create and utilize point-of-sale signage, develop good customer relations, service all customers as scheduled, and perform other duties as assigned.
