This hands-on position supports the safe movement of bulk products between railcars and tank trucks using industrial transfer equipment. The work is performed primarily outdoors and requires employees to remain active throughout the shift. Florida heat, rain, humidity, and changing weather conditions are part of the job. Candidates with experience in construction, landscaping, agriculture, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or other physically demanding environments are encouraged to apply. Previous rail or product-transfer experience is helpful but not required. We are prepared to train someone who demonstrates a strong safety mindset, dependable attendance, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do As a Bulk Material Transfer Operator, you will safely connect equipment and transfer materials between railcars and trucks. You will follow established operating procedures to protect employees, customer products, equipment, and the surrounding environment.
