Bulk & Inventory Associate

OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING! Position: Warehouse Associate Location: Beaverton, Oregon Compensation: $21- $22 per hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm Who We Are: A growing and reliable company is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join their team. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in daily warehouse operations, including forklift operation, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and material handling. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment. You’ll need strong attention to detail, the ability to stay organized, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Do: Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move large 20-foot crates and materialsLoad and unload trucks while ensuring materials are handled safely and properlyAssist with shipping and receiving, including verifying incoming and outgoing materialsMaintain accurate inventory counts and help organize warehouse materialsPull, stage, and prepare materials for upcoming jobs and deliveriesInspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues to the appropriate team memberUse hand and power tools to assist with warehouse and material-handling tasksKeep the warehouse, work areas, and materials organized and properly storedAssist with loading and securing materials for transportation when neededPerform basic warehouse maintenance and general cleanupFollow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environmentCommunicate with supervisors and team members regarding inventory, materials, and daily prioritiesPerform other warehouse duties as needed to support the team What’s in it for You: Steady, full-time Monday-Friday scheduleCompetitive hourly pay starting at $23+Day-shift hoursOpportunity to work with a supportive and team-oriented companyLong-term stability with a growing company What You Need to Have: Previous warehouse experience preferredForklift experience required; experience handling large or oversized materials is a strong plusComfortable working with large crates, materials, and warehouse equipmentExperience with shipping, receiving, and inventory preferredComfortable using basic hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to safely lift up to 50 lbsReliable attendance and a strong work ethicAbility to pass a background check and drug screenAbility to work safely in a physical, hands-on warehouse environment Next Steps: Please respond with an updated resume!
