Buiness System Consultant II

Job Summary

We are seeking two Business Systems Consultant II with a strong technical foundation and interest in process improvement to support our ongoing HR systems transformation. This role will begin with a primary focus on systems support and evolve into broader process alignment efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Process, Service Delivery, and Operational Readiness
• Provide immediate execution support to help establish and stabilize the core sustainment model, including:
• Process design and documentation
• Incident, request, and enhancement management support
• Release and annual cycle readiness activities
• Operational handoff and transition support
• Action tracking and follow-through across sustainment deliverables
• Identification of process gaps and improvement opportunities
• Planning support for post-go-live stabilization and transition into sustainment
• Governance, Documentation, Reporting
• Support and decision tracking
• Documentation standards and repository support
• Reporting and performance metric preparation
• Status and risk visibility across sustainment work

Qualifications

• Degrees or certifications required/or in lieu of a degree: Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline with 2 years systems experience. In lieu of a degree, must have 3 years of related work experience in a professional business or technical role.
