Responsibilities
- Affords assistance in determining appropriate corrective actions for damaged or worn equipment.
- Collaborates with the operations team to identify cost-effective solutions for equipment issues.
- Dispatches BaSE Mechanics to carry out necessary conveyor system repairs and Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs).
- Maintains oversight of repair and PMI statuses daily to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conducts facility inspections to identify operational improvements aimed at enhancing package flow and ensuring safety.
Requirements

- Flexible working hours, Monday through Friday.
- Flexible work shifts, first shift.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
- Experience in Maintenance Engineering preferred.
- Programming experience including troubleshooting, basic understanding of networks, motor control theory, and operation including basic AC and DC electrical troubleshooting preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and simple diagrams.
Pay
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,400.00/year to $133,500.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
