Buildings & Systems Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Affords support in determining appropriate corrective actions for damaged or worn equipment based on breakdown histories and discussions with the operations team.
• Assists in dispatching BaSE Mechanics to carry out necessary conveyor system repairs and Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs).
• Maintains oversight of repair and PMI statuses daily to ensure prompt completion of tasks.
• Conducts facility inspections to identify operational improvements aimed at enhancing package flow and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; completion or near-completion preferred.
• Experience in Maintenance Engineering preferred.
• Programming experience including troubleshooting, basic understanding of networks, motor control theory, and operation, including basic AC and DC electrical troubleshooting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and simple diagrams.
