Buildings & Grounds Worker
About the role
The secured St. Peter campus and other assigned sites are seeking a Buildings & Grounds Worker to perform a variety of maintenance and delivery tasks. Responsibilities include patient unit meal deliveries, mail and supply deliveries, and general seasonal ground and building maintenance such as mowing, painting, and snow removal.

Requirements
- Buildings and grounds maintenance experience (mowing, painting, and snow removal)
- Skills sufficient to perform preventative and routine maintenance and repairs on small engines, equipment, power construction equipment, or other mechanical issues
- Class D Driver’s License
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
Preferred Qualifications
- CDL License with air brake endorsement
- Experience driving a box truck or delivery van
- Operational knowledge of light duty construction, landscape equipment, and aerial lifts
- Experience with Atlas, Self-Service, and SharePoint
Skills

Pay
$20.87 - $25.22 / hourly; $43,576 - $52,659 / annually
Schedule
Day Shift / Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10:00am-6:30pm; Wednesday 7:00am-3:30pm
