Building Supervisor

About the role

The Building Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of the YMCA building and grounds during assigned hours with an emphasis on ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all, along with helping Membership Staff close the YMCA at the end of the night.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the building and grounds
• Enforce building rules and policies
• Help Membership Staff close the YMCA at the end of the night

• Ability to have challenging conversations, such as those required to enforce building rules and policies

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory roles preferred
• Knowledge of building maintenance and safety protocols
• Strong communication skills

Pay

Pay Range: $13.00-14.00

Schedule

Part Time – 4+ hours a day, two days a week, occasional weekends.
