MISTAFF is seeking a dedicated educator to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the educational landscape in Michigan.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of diverse student populations.
  • Collaborate with other educators, administrators, and community members to enhance learning environments.
  • Evaluate teaching methods and curriculum to ensure they are effective and aligned with state standards.
  • Provide professional development opportunities for colleagues and support staff.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new teachers and staff.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in education or related field.
  • At least three years of teaching experience at the K-12 level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with students from underrepresented communities.
  • Knowledge of current educational research and best practices.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in education.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay
