About the role
We are seeking a Senior Engineer with a focus in Building Structural to work on new building and renovation projects. This position is ideal for a structural engineer who enjoys contributing technical expertise, supporting the development of fellow engineers, and delivering high-quality structural designs. This position may be performed remotely, with hybrid or in-office options also available based on candidate preference.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural design and analysis for new building and renovation projects
- Provide guidance, technical review, and mentorship to junior staff to support high-quality deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering (master's degree is a plus)
- PE license (SE license is a plus)
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- Experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete, and/or masonry design
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of structural engineering software (RAM, RISA, Revit)
- Working knowledge of building codes (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC)

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, with annual bonus opportunities.
