About the role

Responsible for designing and overseeing structural projects that meet safety and aesthetic standards. Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural systems for new and existing buildings
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop comprehensive project plans
• Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes and industry standards
• Review and approve subcontractor work to ensure quality and safety
• Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in structural engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with structural design for high-rise buildings
• Knowledge of steel, concrete, and composite materials
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
