Building Solutions Manager

About the role

The Building Solutions Manager is a full-time leadership role focused on developing and implementing market-specific strategies to support long-term organizational goals and drive growth across designated regions. This position works closely with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to identify market trends, address client needs, and deliver innovative, tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading strategic proposal development
• Facilitating client and expert discovery sessions
• Ensuring alignment with corporate and regional priorities
• Fostering stakeholder relationships
• Utilizing market intelligence to recommend new strategies and service improvements
• Additional duties are assigned as needed

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, and/or other industry-related field experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 10 years of industry-related experience
• Enterprise or C Suite sales experience preferred

Pay

$93,007 - $124,009 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in the incentive compensation program. Actual earnings are based on individual goals and applicable plan terms. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
