About the Venue

The Donald L. Tucker Civic Center features a 12,500-seat arena, 34 luxury suites, 476 club seats, over 54,000 sq. ft. of meeting and exhibition space and an arena view restaurant, the Spotlight Grille. The arena is home to Florida State Men’s and Women’s basketball and is known for its electric atmosphere and fierce home court advantage. Not only a music and sports venue, the arena also is frequently used for trade shows, large catered functions, receptions, religious services, and classes.

Responsibilities

• Being a team player
• Maintaining the cleanliness throughout the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center
• Vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, wiping surfaces, changing trash cans, and other cleaning functions as assigned
• Keeping all supply areas neat and stocked properly
• Pre-show and post-show cleaning
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instruction and direction
• Ability to have a flexible schedule based on events, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Displaying a professional and highly motivated demeanor
• Ability to perform housekeeping in a sometimes fast-paced environment
• A high school diploma or GED preferred

Pay

This role pays an hourly rate of $14.75-$19.75.
