Building Maintenance - Temporary

About the Role

Rider University seeks an entry-level individual for a temporary Building Maintenance position to perform a variety of routine maintenance services, including the repair, replacement, and installation of building components.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements of building components.
• Work with minimum supervision.
• Operate from ladders and use power tools.

Requirements

• Demonstrated basic plumbing and electrical experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Physical ability to perform required job responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of general maintenance experience is preferred.
