Building Maintenance Technician - Houseman

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, bar, sauna, fitness center, pool area, and hotel guestrooms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, bar, sauna, fitness center, pool area, and hotel guestrooms.
• Assist with the repairs and maintenance of hotel equipment, including mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps and motors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and other related maintenance tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Pay

$15.50 - $18 hourly
