About the role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades. The ideal candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of most trades: Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile, Electrical, Stucco, and proper equipment.

Responsibilities

• Properly troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders including Management, Office Personnel, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers
• Present a clean-cut appearance and maintain an organized workspace
• Communicate to customers about potential repairs and services our company can provide
• Take the time to earn the customer's trust and inquire about additional work
• Be punctual and efficient, maintaining the highest integrity and striving for top customer satisfaction
• Enjoy being an integral part of a winning team and demonstrate the ability and willingness to exceed customers' expectations

Requirements

• Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks and having a reliable truck or van
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Good overall knowledge of most trades: Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile, Electrical, Stucco, and proper equipment
• Troubleshooting skills
• Organized tools
• Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle (Sales)
• Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed
• Enjoy being an Integral part of a winning team
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to EXCEED Customers' expectations

Pay

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
