Building Maintenance Tech

What's the Job?

Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems across multiple office buildings.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems efficiently and effectively.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants.

Inspect buildings and premises for safety hazards and perform necessary maintenance to eliminate risks.

Cook up with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
