Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years of experience in facility maintenance within an educational facility or building maintenance, construction-related field, or relevant degree/certification
• Valid NMDA Pesticide Applicator's License
• Valid New Mexico driver's license
• Verifiable work and character references

Preferred Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, components, equipment, and turf-grass maintenance
• Verifiable maintenance and organizational skills
