Building Maintenance Supervisor

Parkshore Senior Campus, part of SilverCrest, is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sustainability for our community. This is a leadership role with a mission-driven culture dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the facility operates in compliance with environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and industry standards
• Execute safe maintenance practices and procedures, hazardous material management, employee right to know, and SilverCrest policies as it relates to environmental tasks
• Ensure compliance with building codes, fire marshal regulations, OSHA, Health Dept inspections, federal, state, and local codes, life safety, and pollution control regulations
• Perform various maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, minor repairs, heating and air conditioning, electrical, and housekeeping techniques
• Lead and collaborate with a team to foster a culture of excellence in environmental services, from housekeeping to waste management
• Contribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere where residents can thrive and feel safe

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• 2-3 years of leadership experience in building operations
• Boiler’s License of the class required for the campus and pool license where necessary
• Physical, mental, and emotional health and energy to perform the job requirements
