Building Maintenance Mechanic II (Full-Time) - Facilities Management - Florence

Responsibilities

• Maintains various types of building and mechanical systems to include, but not limited to: refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical, automation, medical gas and fire protection systems, Energy Management, and Work Order Management systems.
• Under limited supervision, ensure safe and efficient operation of various types of mechanical systems to include, but not limited
