About the role
You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Respond to guest requests and perform repairs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in building maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems.
- Good interpersonal skills.
