Building Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Building Maintenance Engineer will ensure the building's maintenance and preventative programs are in place to maintain the comfort, health, and safety of all guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency building maintenance tasks
• Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance schedules
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in using common building maintenance tools and equipment
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
