Building Maintenance Engineer

About the role

You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all maintenance activities to ensure the property is clean, safe, and operational.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Oversee the cleaning and sanitation of all areas of the property.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with other departments to maintain a seamless operation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and equipment.

Skills

• Proficient in using common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Good physical fitness to perform manual labor tasks.
