About the role
You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all maintenance activities to ensure the property is clean, safe, and operational.
- Oversee daily cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to cleaning standards.
- Respond to guest requests and perform repairs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Work closely with other departments to maintain a seamless operation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance or related field.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some college education preferred.
Skills
- Proficient in using common maintenance tools and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
