About the role
This contract, on-site role in Tulsa, OK supports the day-to-day administration and coordination of facilities and property-related activities at YMCA of Greater Tulsa. Responsibilities include assisting with property management tasks, coordinating lease documentation, maintaining property records, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Track maintenance requests and monitor work orders to ensure facility standards are met.
- Coordinate lease documentation and maintain property records.
- Support compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding property and facilities.
- Support front-line staff with facility needs and collaborate with vendors and service providers.
- Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports and maintaining clear communication with leadership and stakeholders regarding property status and needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with staff, members, and vendors.
- Experience with property management and lease administration, including coordinating maintenance, tracking leases, and maintaining property records.
- Customer service skills to provide responsive support to members, staff, and partners and address facility-related concerns professionally.
- Administrative assistance experience, including organizing documentation, scheduling, data entry, and basic report preparation.
- Ability to work on-site in Tulsa, OK and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, databases); experience with property or facilities management systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in facilities, property coordination, or a related field preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is beneficial.
