Building Maintenance and Grounds

Grounds (Landscape)
- Clearing sidewalks and driveways of debris
- Basic plant care (trimming, fertilizing)
- Weeding
- Mulching
Required Skills:
- Must have a current driver’s license
- Lift a minimum of 25lbs
- Extended period of time walking and physical activity
Preferred Work Shifts
- Part-Time Morning: 8 am to 12 pm (noon) Monday – Friday
- Part-Time Afternoon: 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm Monday – Thursday, and Friday 12:30 pm-3:30 pm
Wage Range: $16.90-17.30/hr
