Responsibilities
- Perform inspections necessary during the installation of mechanical/plumbing systems to ensure that the systems are installed in accordance with the construction documents and permits
- Document construction of improvements via digital Inspector Daily Reports including photographs, correction items, and deficiencies
- Perform reviews of mechanical/plumbing construction drawings
- Other duties as required by the client
Requirements
- Candidates shall possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five (5) years of experience or a minimum of ten (10) years equivalent experience.
- Candidates shall possess experience inspecting commercial architectural, structural, and interior finishes.
- Construction trade experience related to commercial gypsum wall board assemblies, ceilings, insulation, roofing, and miscellaneous metals is a plus.
- Must have the ability to work in a team environment and must have good oral, written communication, and computer skills.
- Adherence to Maryland Aviation Administration COVID-related and Security/Safety protocols is required.
