Responsibilities
- Oversee facility maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and contractors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
