Building Erection Foreman / Co-Owner

Job Duties

• Lead and work with crew members performing building erection of our pre-engineered/conventional metal and wood framed buildings
• Work with project management team to ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment are on site to meet project deadlines
• Work with subcontractors to coordinate schedules and work areas
• Maintain quality control and safety standards for Keller employees and subcontractors
• Complete daily paperwork such as daily reports, timecards, and quality control sheets
• Maintain a safe work environment for all members on the job site

Skills & Abilities

• Minimum 5 years construction experience (Preferred)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Comfortable with heights
• Great leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel typically within WI
• Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from to shoulder level)
• Ability to walk, and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor
• Ability to operate tools and equipment
• Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
