About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial building projects in Alexandria.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and construction of commercial building projects
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Prepare and present project reports to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial building engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management software
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices
