Building Engineer

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial building projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
• Ensure all work adheres to safety and environmental regulations
• Manage budgets and schedules to meet project deadlines
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial building engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management software
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
