Building Enclosure Associate Principal

The candidate can be located in any ECS established location within the Southeast Subsidiary.**Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting building enclosure staff within the region.Building Envelope Commissioning experience highly preferred.Responsibilities also include performing the following:Overseeing projectsPerforming technical report reviewsPreparing and reviewing proposalsBusiness development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactionsLeading and coaching junior staff membersPerforming responsibilities at the regional levelBS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferredLicensed or certified as at least one of the following:Professional Engineer (P.E.)Registered Architect (R.A.)International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxPUniversity of Wisconsin‐Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE12+ years of relevant professional related experienceCandidates must hold senior reviewer or similar designation from a competitor firm ECS Group of Companies (ECS) was founded in 1988 with the goal to raise the standards of professional engineering consulting.
