Building Designer

We’re looking for Building Design graduate and/or someone with 4-5 years’ experience to join our fabulous team (yes, we’re bragging!). About You You must be able to work in Australia (unrestricted working rights) and have completed an Advanced Diploma in Building Design. You want to work with a friendly, fun & proactive team but don’t want to be boxed in either. You’re willing to go extra mile, are energetic, enthusiastic and possess a happy “can do” attitude. You can work well on your own & are a respected team player. You have a sense of humour, don’t take yourself too seriously but can understand the importance of the role and our clients. You possess the desire for team success and are willing to contribute to business growth with lead generation, new clients, and diversification. If you have 4-5 years’ experience, we’re looking for someone who: Has experience in AutoCAD &/or Revit; BCA & ResCode;Able to produce high quality / accurate designs, plans, reports, & documentation for planning &/or building permitsBring a balance of technical know-how & creativityAppreciate & follow proven systems & processes; willingness to contribute to their enhancementSelf-check your work for accuracy & thoroughnessAble to prioritise tasks to meet agreed deadlines.Excellent communicatorThinking laterally (pun intended), andLandscape design experience would be an advantage.
