We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. Let's extract content: Title: Building Design Engineer (but we don't repeat as heading). Content includes: - Intro paragraph: "Building Design Engineer Tommy's is looking for a skilled Building Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll bring our AE prototype car wash designs to life by developing shop drawings, assembly models, and material schedules while partnering with our Project Development Team to refine building systems through every model release. If you have a knack for commercial metal building systems, and a drive to solve problems, we'd love to hear from you." - Then "What can Tommy's offer you?" followed by bullet list of benefits: Base pay and eligibility for annual profit-sharing bonus; Full insurance package including Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Employee Assistance; 401k match and complimentary financial planning services; Paid time off and paid holidays; Opportunity for continued education and tuition assistance; Valuable learning and development program; Significant ability to grow internally for motivated and strong performing team members; Fun, energetic, family-oriented work culture with an emphasis on team member morale; Growing nationwide brand / presence. These are benefits. - Then "Position Responsibilities:" followed by list of responsibilities (multiple bullet points). We'll need to put them in
  • . - Then "Position Qualifications & Candidate Attributes:" followed by list of qualifications (technical degree, 2+ years experience using Autodesk Revit, etc). We'll need to put them in
    • . - Then "Work Environment and Physical Demands" paragraph describing environment, hours, physical demands. This could be a section maybe "Work Environment". The instruction says we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we can also create other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests those are examples, but we should likely stick to those headings when applicable. However we have content that matches: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe Requirements), Benefits, Work Environment (maybe not in list but could be "About the role"?). The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "e.g." So we can use those headings; we could also add "Work Environment". But to be safe, we could map Work Environment to "About the role" or maybe create a separate section "Work Environment". Since they didn't forbid, but they gave examples. I'd include a section for Work Environment with heading

      Work Environment

. It's specific content. Pay: The posting mentions "Base pay and eligibility for annual profit-sharing bonus" under benefits. That's pay info. Should we create a Pay section? The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state base pay and profit-sharing bonus, so we could create a Pay section with that detail. However they also included that in benefits list. Could combine. But we could separate Pay section with that detail, and Benefits section for other benefits. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Might be better to combine pay into Benefits section. But they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state base pay, so we could create Pay section. But we also have benefits. Might be okay to have both Pay and Benefits sections. However they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. If we split, we get many thin sections. Might be better to have a Benefits section that includes base pay etc. So we will not create separate Pay section. Schedule: The posting mentions office hours Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. That's schedule info. Should we create Schedule section? It states schedule, so we could create Schedule section. But again we could incorporate into Work Environment or About the role. Since they said prefer few sections, we could include schedule within Work Environment section. However they said never create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does state schedule, but we can still include it elsewhere. I'd include schedule in Work Environment section. Thus sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications), Benefits, Work Environment (including schedule and physical demands). We'll avoid duplicate headings. Now we need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting didn't have those. We need to remove duplicated lines. Check for duplicates: The intro paragraph maybe repeated? Not see. Now produce HTML fragment:

We should also include overview of Tommy's Family of Companies? That's more company description, maybe could be part of About the role? But it's substantive. Could add another section "About Tommy's". However instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could incorporate into About the role paragraph? But we already have intro. Could add a paragraph after intro about company overview. That would be part of About the role. Let's add a second paragraph under About the role containing the overview.
