Performing Inspections
- Third party electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, plumbing, and fire safety building inspections
- Inspections of foundations, concrete slabs, framing, roofing and related construction activity
- Plan reviews and determination of if permitted design plans require revisions and recommendations to contractors, engineers and/or architect
- Preparation and submission of daily time and Inspection/Field Reports in accordance with ECS Policy
Client Interaction and Business Development
- Maintain and develop client interactions
- Participate in business development and marketing functions related to construction inspections
Safety and Compliance
- Follow ECS safety procedures and policies
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of experience in code compliance inspection of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- NCP CCI commercial certification in mechanical, electrical and plumbing required
- Extensive knowledge of state and local building code regulations, policies, and procedures
Qualifications and Certifications
- Additional licenses or certifications may be required depending on the state in which you work.
Driving Requirements
- If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required.
