Building Cleaner

Part-time Custodian/Janitor position providing high-quality cleaning services in a residential setting. Ideal for someone who values attention to detail and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and removing trash
• Cleaning restrooms, common areas, and other areas of the building
• Lifting, moving, and rearranging furniture and equipment as needed
• Maintaining a professional, courteous, and respectful presence while working
• Delivering quality results while meeting cleaning standards
• Following all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of janitorial/cleaning experience in a school/university or food production environment
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must pass a background check with no pending or past criminal charges and a drug test (including for THC)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide I-9/E-Verify documentation
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Team-player attitude and willingness to take direction
