About the role
As the BAS Manager, you will provide leadership for Building Automation Systems projects and initiatives by establishing objectives, aligning cross-functional teams, monitoring project performance, resolving complex challenges, and driving operational excellence. You will play a key role in delivering successful BAS solutions while supporting customers, stakeholders, and company growth.
Responsibilities
- Define objectives, scope, milestones, and success metrics for BAS initiatives and projects.
- Align Engineering, Operations, IT, and Facilities teams toward common goals and successful outcomes.
- Monitor project KPIs, budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure project success.
- Lead design reviews, commissioning reviews, and project status meetings.
- Resolve technical and operational issues across multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure cybersecurity, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Report project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Utilize BAS expertise to support system performance, integration, and optimization efforts.
- Provide leadership in project management, risk management, and cross-functional coordination activities.
- Support commissioning, startup, quality assurance, and change management initiatives.
- Foster team development through coaching, mentoring, and collaboration.
