Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Manage projects and teams effectively.
• Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on HVAC systems.
• Train new technicians and assist in the development of new skills.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and innovation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Professional certification in HVAC preferred.
• Management experience a plus.
• Proven success in sales or customer service roles.
