About the role

Certified HVAC technicians, those with extensive management experience, and professionals who find excitement in sales should consider Air Comfort’s open positions.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Provide technical support to customers regarding HVAC systems.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with other departments.
• Train new technicians and assist in the development of new skills.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or sales.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Professional certification in HVAC preferred.
• Experience with HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
