Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored BMS solutions.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for BMS.
- Understand customer requirements and present compelling service proposals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that proposed BMS services align with customer needs and technical capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, provide excellent customer service, and serve as a trusted advisor on BMS offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- A solid understanding of building management systems, including HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems.
- Strong technical expertise to effectively communicate the value of Building Management Systems to clients.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to successfully close deals and expand the customer base.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of BMS services to clients.
- The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to deliver comprehensive and effective BMS service solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 0-2+ years of BMS or HVAC industry experience.
- Ideal 0-2+ years of sales experience.
