Building Attendant - Clinic (1199 CPH) Temporary
Maintenance and Customer Service
Maintain sanitary and attractive surroundings, provide excellent customer service, and comply with safety/regulatory guidelines.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of patient rooms, operating rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas;
- Handle trash and waste disposal in compliance with standards;
- Maintain floors and carpets through stripping, waxing, and shampooing;
- Ensure walkways are safe and accessible;
- Provide responsive assistance to patients, visitors, and staff, maintaining a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction;
- Adhere to OSHA and MSDS safety practices while working collaboratively to achieve departmental goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 Months industrial/ institutional cleaning experience
- Union 1199 SEIU (CPH) Service, Maintenance & Clerical
Physical Requirements
- M - Medium Work
- Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects;
- Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

Pay
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
