About the role
A Builder Loan Consultant is responsible for assisting in the underwriting and closing of builder loans.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the underwriting process for builder loans
- Work closely with builders and mortgage professionals to ensure loan compliance
- Close builder loans in accordance with established procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in lending or financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of real estate and construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
