About the role
A Builder Loan Consultant is responsible for assisting in the origination and management of builder loans.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the underwriting and approval process for builder loans
- Work closely with builders to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage loan applications from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Provide ongoing support to builders throughout the construction process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in lending or financial services
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
