Responsibilities

- Negotiate contracts and offers on behalf of clients.
- Stay updated with local market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals.
- Promote listings and build a personal brand using marketing strategies and digital tools.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate sales or related field.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property types.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in real estate software and technology tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
