About the role

Arconic is currently in search of a Maintenance Planner to join our Tennessee Operations in Alcoa, TN.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure equipment is maintained according to schedule
• Monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Skills

• Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices
• Experience with maintenance software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
